IDEA AND INSPIRATION

An iconic triangular summer home in Vääna-Jõesuu has been renewd by converting into a private residence. The existing A-frame structure is pierced by a new rectangular extension. The triangular summer house part is opened up and turned into a spacious living room which divides the extension into two parts. Bedrooms overlooking the lush garden are situated in the eastern part of the building and the sauna with a terrace facing the evening sun is located in the western side. The black and white exterior and geometric shapes of the building act in contrast with the well-groomed garden.
