IDEA AND INSPIRATION
Amidst tall pines, on the crest of a green slope, stands a modern villa that does not compete with nature but blends into it almost imperceptibly. The architects’ goal has been simple yet ambitious – to create a home that fully opens to its surroundings while respecting the environment in which it stands.
The form of the building is clear and contemporary: terraced volumes follow the natural descent of the slope, offering each floor its own terrace and sunlit outdoor space. Glass façades bring forest views directly into the living room, while strong horizontal lines give the house a dignified and calm appearance.
Materials have been chosen in harmony with nature – light-toned concrete or plaster creates a neutral backdrop, against which the warmth of wood and the lightness of glass stand out. Minimalist metal railings further emphasize the contemporary character of the building.
Functionality is thoughtfully resolved. The lower floors provide private zones, while the upper ones open generously to light and views. Yet the greatest value of this house lies not so much in its spatial layout as in its atmosphere – here, one feels that nature and architecture are two parts of the same breath.
Such houses are not just dwellings but manifestos – proof that contemporary architecture can be both luxurious and respectful of nature. This villa is not merely about walls and windows, but about offering a lifestyle where nature is not just a view from the window, but an inseparable part of home.
