VILLA AVIATOR

IDEA AND INSPIRATION

Villa Aviator is an architectural piece, with its flowing and undulating form rising from the landscape, reaching heights and gently descending. It resembles rippling water, making this design a natural choice considering the property's seaside location. The building's design is unique and dynamic, reflecting the clients' lifestyle as active and sporty individuals.

The color scheme of the building consists of warm-toned natural materials, including stone, wood, concrete, clay plaster, limestone, and metal. The architectural approach focuses on preserving timeless beauty and design, ensuring that the building continues to evoke excitement and inspiration in the future. The clients' desire for low maintenance was a priority for us, which is why we designed a building that would not burden them excessively. We used stone materials for the terrace in open areas and wood under the roofs to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. For the exterior walls, we utilized stone and composite panels that are easy to maintain and can be cleaned with a pressure washer if necessary.

The building consists of spacious and airy living areas, including a living room and kitchen, a master bedroom, two children's rooms, a guest room, a utility room, a technical room, a gym, and a garage. Separately, there is a sauna house featuring a sauna lounge/guest room, a shower room, a laundry area, and a hot tub that can be used year-round.

The entire complex is designed as a cohesive outdoor space, with the buildings hidden among junipers and pines, providing the clients with privacy and protection from prying eyes, allowing them to enjoy life exactly as they wish.
