IDEA AND INSPIRATION

View Villa is a unique complex of buildings that combines a dynamic and flowing structure, creating a harmonious unity between the main house and the outbuilding. Each architectural element tells its own story, reflecting needs and functionality. The building is strategically designed so that all rooms, balconies, and relaxation areas open up to the beautiful Lake Pühajärv, which is why it is named "Vaate" (meaning "View"). The entire concept is focused on maximizing presence and relaxation, offering views and freedom.

Given the sensitivity of the area, the building is designed with a form inspired by the sand dunes and the winds of the seabed, blending into the natural surroundings. Our goal was to integrate the building into the surrounding environment, which is why the green area is partially brought onto, into, and around the building. The roof of the building also features vegetation that reflects the natural structure found under the forest. The architectural solution is inspired by luxury yachts, where balconies alternate between glass surfaces and the deck of the ship – we bring the luxury yacht to land.

As Lake Pühajärv is only a few meters away, we have also designed a luxury yacht tender. This boat is equipped with solar panels and an electric motor. The vessel includes a sauna lounge, sauna, and terrace. All operations of the boat are managed via a convenient wireless control stick, ensuring a simple and enjoyable user experience.
