IDEA AND INSPIRATION

Vire residence is a single-story residence with a simple and minimalist design, focusing on functionality and elegance. From the street, only the southern side of the house and the garage are visible at first glance, but the building actually conceals two distinct volumes, each serving a different purpose. These volumes are covered with unique shed roofs, between which a cleverly designed glass-enclosed terrace is situated, allowing the space to be enjoyed year-round, even in colder or rainy weather.

The first, more private section of the house contains the sauna, utility rooms, and bedrooms, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The second volume, opening primarily to the east, is designed for the open-plan kitchen and living area, creating a spacious and light-filled environment. Additionally, outdoor terraces are placed on both sides of the house, opening up to the yard and offering the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air at any time.

The home stands out for its brightness and spaciousness, creating a pleasant setting for everyday living and relaxation. The exterior facade features decorative reddish-brown bricks, beautifully complemented by dark posts, giving the house a modern and stylish appearance.
